Steamed Mixed Greens-Stems and Radish

Ingredients

1 Clove garlic
1 Small knob of ginger
¼ c Virgin coconut oil
2 Radishes
2 Bunches of greens; choy sum or pak choy, especially the stems
Lemon juice, cider vinegar or aged kombucha to season
Sea salt
Black pepper

Directions

Wash the greens well, dry and finely slice them. Finely slice the radishes. Heat a wide shallow pot. Add the coconut oil, garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds and then add the greens. Cook on high heat for about 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Finish with the lemon juice or acidity - toss through the radish slices.
