Ingredients
2 C plums, diced
1 1/2 C cucumber, diced
4 T onion, minced
1 T fresh lime juice
3 T fresh mint, chopped
2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
1 t lime zest
1/2 t salt (or to taste)

Combine all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
