Mandarin Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tbsp of tamari
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp of neutral flavoured oil (such as sunflower or canola oil)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 mandarins, skin zested (finely grated) and segments chopped

Directions

Stir together. This vinaigrette goes very well in a salad with such ingredients as avocado, lettuce, spring onion and chicken.

We have had a veg box for many years and now a salad box. Delighted with the flavour of all the vegetables. Lovely wide range of greens and, boy, sometimes the salad leaves have been hot! Reliable and pleasant delivery.
